Project Details

 This project included overall master planning services, in addition to full architectural, engineering and interior design.  The goal was to revitalize amenities for residents on an existing CCRC campus. The scope of work included a wellness expansion; renovations occurred in the salon/spa area allowing for massage services, water treatments and aroma therapy services. In addition, the fitness center was fully renovated.  The new construction consisted of a town hall, multi-purpose community space, including administrative offices and a new outdoor patio area to fully connect the amenities.
