Phase II & III of the Sumter Senior Living in the age-restricted retirement community of The Villages®. Sumter Place was designed in a classic Colonial style both on the exterior and interior. The front door of the memory care units mimic the tone of the exterior façade, complete with white trim and a welcoming white fence. Soft greens, blues and yellows brighten each space and collaboration well with the light wooden and carpeted floors. Amenities include: home-like dining rooms on the first and second floors, memory-related disorders programming, outdoor garden and nature walking trail.
