Summer has officially kicked off, at least for the Bessolo crew, with our amazing 2017 company picnic this past weekend. There was plenty of fantastic weather, great food, games, volleyball, and most importantly, fun that was had by all. Kudos to everyone who helped plan this year's event.

Masonicare has opened their newest facility we would like to congratulate everyone who was involved in bringing this tremendous project to completion. Last week Kevin J. Bessolo, AIA, lead architect on the project, attended the grand opening in Mystic Connecticut. At just under 250,000 s.f. and 179 ILF, ALF and Memory Care units nestled on 18 beautiful acres Masonicare is a fantastic addition to the entire Mystic community. The grand opening was attended by over 100 people and was a rousing success. Unless it’s St. Patty’s Day of course. Our fun bunch of overgrown Leprechauns donned the green for our St. Patty’s Day best “keeping it green” contest. The winner didn’t get a pot of gold, but there was a nice free lunch from the company.
