Strengthening Working Relationships

Members of the Bessolo Design Group staff participated in a “Managing Workplace Relationships” lunch n learn, provided by Wallace, Welch, Willingham.  As humans we are naturally social creatures and desire friendships and positive interactions.  Living in a culture where we are at the office 8 – 10+ hours a day, it makes sense to better our relationships in the workplace.  Good, healthy working relationships create a happier and more productive environment!
